As the core power equipment of the Coke Dry Quenching (CDQ) plant, the circulating fan performs the critical task of driving the inert circulating gas (primarily nitrogen and carbon dioxide) within the closed-loop system to cool red-hot coke and recover its sensible heat. Operating under severe conditions, it must continuously withstand high temperatures (≤250°C), high dust concentrations (coke fines), and potentially corrosive gas components (e.g., trace H₂S, SO₂) over extended periods. Its performance directly determines the coke quenching efficiency, steam generation rate, and the overall safety and stability of the system.
Features
The rearward-curved blades are highly efficient and energy-saving, do not easily accumulate dust, are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and leak-free. The casing and air inlet adopt a reasonable split design, which facilitates fan maintenance.
